Stage-1:

• Open discussion with students – to find out their choices, real interest and caliber

Stage-2:

• Exploration period to students – given a trial on his interest and understand deep on his vision 
• Edu Counselling to the students – clear prospective career options are provided for them to choose

Stage-3:

• Exploration period to students – give an assignments on his interest and understand deep on his vision 
• Test series / SWOT Analysis - Let the students discover their own interests, strengths and weaknesses
• To analyze the students capability an online test is also conducted.
• Career Counselling – to explain the reality of the course to the student 
• Conclusion report generation and interpretation of report to the Student/Parent.
